What Can You Expect From Working With Me?
I offer a warm, empathetic and interactive approach when I work with you – I listen to your needs and help you to establish realistic and attainable goals. Then, we will work together and create a plan to help you reach those goals.
The first appointment (or two) is for assessing your needs – this means I will be gathering as much information as I can from you during our first 50-60 minute sessions together to learn more about you, what you are experiencing, and what you hope to accomplish throughout our time together. The length of therapy always depends on your needs, and I will certainly make a recommendation based on what I have gathered after the assessment period.
